Many owners have heavy duty hooks welded to the top edge of the bucket. Typically one in the center and onetwo more towards the ends. Some people recommend placing the outside hooks in line with the loader arms rather than at eachthe end of the end.bucket. The idea Notebeing that when lifting or pulling a heavy weights, load itfrom isa importantsingle tohook balanceyou there would be less of a twisting force on the loadloader forarms tractorthe stabilityhooks. If the hooks are used only to attach a load to avoidthe bucket, damagingplacement at the loaderbucket ends should arms.be OK. Whatever the hook positions, when lifting heavy weights, balance the forces across both arms as much as possible, for tractor stability and to avoid damage.
